A SAFE SPACE TO GROW AND HEAL

Josie Lindor

ROOTED IN HEALING,
EMPOWERED BY GROWTH
Josie is a Florida Registered Intern with experience in providing mental health therapy as a psychotherapist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of South Florida, her Master of Arts in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University, and her Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University.
Throughout her academic journey, Josie’s studies have centered on the themes that now deeply inform her clinical work. Her undergraduate focus explored identity and community, while her graduate work in sociology concentrated on family dynamics, religion, and mental health. Building on this foundation, her Master of Social Work has further equipped her with the clinical skills necessary to support individuals and families through emotional and psychological challenges.
Josie has worked closely with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and addiction, as well as with couples confronting a variety of relational challenges. Her therapeutic approach is informed by her background in stoic philosophy, existential thought, and a deep belief in the power of self-exploration. Josie is dedicated to walking alongside her clients with empathy and insight, aiming to create a safe, compassionate space where they can confront challenges, rediscover their strengths, and cultivate lasting change.

OUR
MISSION
At the heart of this practice is a commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families heal and strengthen the areas of their lives where they seek support. We recognize that confronting life’s obstacles—and facing oneself in the process—can be a daunting journey. Healing is neither quick nor easy, but through time, patience, and a spirit of willingness, transformation is possible. With a deep respect for each person’s unique story, Josie aims to support her clients in achieving greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
